The picture shows John Simpson being presented with the 'Stan Pearson Award' by Club President John Lowe at the quiz night on Thursday 21st Nov for his work on behalf of BFGC during 2024. John said in his acceptance speech that after doing quizzes since 1996, including one via satellite on a large screen from Morrocco and being Secretary for the Senior Section for over 10 years "It's About Time".
