Clarification of pairs play for winter comps

At a committee meeting held om the 12th October 2023, the following was agreed;-

That a single pair can play in a seniors pairs comp and mark their own card

It is no longer allowed for 3 people to organise themselves into 2 pairs and play in the senior's comp

The single player we  would ask to play and mark the card of the other pair

We would ask all players to make every effort to make up into 4 balls
