Junior Day sees some great scoring

Junior Day took place on the 4th September and was well represented with 22 of Beeston's junior golfers taking part.  Callum Deaton took the best nett trophy with a fine score of 54 (yes you read it correctly).  The best gross score was won with a 77 by Molly Campbell and Amelie Browne won the best placed girl trophy (the F.C. Whitty Cup).  The 9 hole competition was won by Leo Browne and the 5 hole competitin by Matthew Jenkins.  Well played to allparticpants with some playing their first ever competition.
