1 to count on 1st hole, 2 to count on 2nd hole, 3 to count on 3rd hole then back to 1 to count on 4th hole etc.
Playing handicap (strokes received) = 95% of course handicap for each player

Both players tee off then play a shot using partners ball. Select the best 2nd shot then play alternate shots..
Sign in via the clubhouse terminals before commencing your round for entry to the competition. ClubV1 will automatically calculate your pair's 18 hole Playing Handicap (which is 60% of lowest Course Handicap plus 40% of highest Course Handicap - subject to an adjustment for ladies to reflect the higher course rating from ladies red tees - ie complicated!).

It would help if you can deduct 7/9 of your 18 hole Playing Handicap (rounded to the nearest whole shot) from your 14 hole gross score and post your completed and signed card in the Comps box. This will be a shotgun start. Lady Captain's drive in will be at 9.30am, competition to start at 10am

There will be no earlier starts on that day. This way we can have a full clubhouse for the Presentations.

This week is our annual Secret Santa competition. The competitions will be individual 14 hole Stableford NQ and a concurrent 8 hole stableford NQ competition. Please wear your Christmas jumpers, hats etc.!!
There will be no charge to enter the competition, instead bring along a wrapped present (with a value up to £8). Please leave the present on the table before you go out to play. When you come in, these will have been set up with raffle ticket numbers on. Choose a raffle ticket and find your secret santa present! There will also be a nominal prize from the Ladies section for the division winners of the 14 hole competition and the winner of the 8 hole competition.
